Instagram is no longer free! For this work, users will have to loose their pocket every month.
Instagram’s Adam Mosseri announced the test in a recent video on Twitter, highlighting the
three new ways in which Instagram creators can utilize the new subscription features in the US. As mentioned in the video, subscriptions on Instagram will let creators host live streams and share Stories exclusively with their subscriber base.
The user may have to pay so much money for a month
"Producers do what they do to make a living and it is important that it is predictable," he said. Followers must pay a monthly fee to access subscriber-only content from creators they follow. Subscription pricing ranges from $0.99 (Rs 73) per month to $99.99 (Rs 7,447) per month.
Tik Tok
TikTok is testing subscriptions similar to those of Instagram.
The Information has reported (via Android Headlines) that
TikTok is testing a paid subscriptions feature on a small scale. It’s unclear
how exactly it will work, but it will be offering exclusive content offered by
participating creators. The app already allows users to tip their favorite
creators.
